presumably used it to make it as authentic as possible. a new combat realism game that came out today, they were advised by oliver north. remember him? he was indicted for 16 felonies in the iran contra panel. he was a conservative movement hero. oliver north not only consulted on this new game that comes out today, he appears as a character in the game. look at his hips. in real life i don't think his hips swing like a hula dancer like they do in the game. i don't know. i've never seen him walk. when the character oliver north talks in "call of duty black ops 2," it's his real voice. here's the thing about this game that came out today and today's news, and i think a thing i guess nobody saw coming before it happened. the game comes out today and set 13 years in the future. it's set in the year 2025. although the game is supposed to be fiction, the cameo from oliver north is not the only way to make it seem connected to real people in the real world. there's an important scene in the game that takes place on a u.s. aircraft carrier, and that's named the "uss barack obama." and the u.

that led to petraeus' stunning downfall. brian todd's been working the story for us and getting new information. brian, tell our viewers what's the latest? >> we found out that the house majority leader, republican congressman eric cantor, may have found out almost two weeks before the president did. this and other time lines we're following on the investigation have led to genuine anger over why the ite house and other top congressional leaders weren't told sooner. a time line cnn has put together shows the republican house majority leader may have known about former cia director david petraeus' extramarital affair before the president did. that's according to aides to congressman eric cantor who tell us he found out from an fbi employee concerned that national security might have been breached as a result of the affair. cantor was told on october 27th. president obama didn't find out about the affair until after election day. congressional leaders from both parties are upset that neither they nor the president were informed until late last week. >> obviously this was a matter invo

petraeus' biographer about the deadly attack on the u.s. consulate in benghazi, libya. let's take a listen. >> i don't know if a lot of you heard this, but the cia an annex had taken a couple prisoner and they think the attack on the consulate was an attempt to get the prisoners back. that's still being vetted. >> where did she hear that? did it come from david petraeus and do we know if her claim was true, the cia was holding captives inside a consular annex in benghazi? >> right, ted. this raises serious issues. she clearly said in the video the information she was sharing on libya and the cia holding prisoners there hadn't been vetted. so that means she is sharing something with -- that she heard with a public audience. that's concerning because they have to ask, what is your source? is the source of all of her information david petraeus? given her extraordinary access to the former director of the cia, it would have been a reasonable assumption. but, again, her access to him was not in any way in an official capacity. though she did tell me she was working with the general on writing a

he used to work with swiss bank. he gave an interview quote, i would say that during the campaign season there is always a lot of rhetoric back and forth. the campaign is over. the country has spoken, and the president has won. wall street and the president align on many things. in other words, of course to get your vote we told you we're not going to cut entitlements and now that the election is over, believe me, the president and wall street align. what about capital gains. that might go back up. that would be a good thing. don't get excited. if they do nothing it goes back up to 39.6% than former income tax for the top bracket. no. the private sector probably has an awareness that the capital gains rate will likely go back to somewhere around the low 20, maybe 20%, maybe 22% in that range i don't think a lot of people have a significant problem being in the low 20s. really they don't? are you not merciful. of course you would have a problem with that. that's an incredibly low rate. that's the compromise we're going to get? disaster. now what about social security. remember when

, emily, it turns out. howard, good morning. tell us, what is the scone there in oceanside? >> well, good morning, randi. first of all, i want to thank you for having me on and allowing me to speak from my community. to answer your question on what it is like in oceanside. it's like being ignored and abandoned a little. we still have no power on my block. that means no heat, no hot water. everyone on our block lost at least everything on the first floor of our homes. the garbage and contents of our homes are piled high in front of everyone's home and there has been no garbage truck or garbage pick up on my block for over 12 days before the storm. as i said, every car on the block has been destroyed and most still on the street, they're trash, as well. not seeing any police or fema and really no one to help restore our power. >> nobody has come by to check on all of you and check on the community there? >> no, it's in short, oceanside really looks like a war zone. and we see lots of trucks on the main road heading to long beach and certainly they've been devastated, as well. but oceanside
